Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Support individual to join our sales team supporting our uniform cruise installation business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Must have a proven track record working for a reputable company. The Sales Support role involves supporting, maintaining, and growing existing accounts through regular contact and relationship building in our uniform cruise installation projects. Responsibilities include: Supporting the day-to-day operations of uniform installation projects and hotels (as needed). Managing program updates and renewals. Logging, tracking, and managing opportunities in our CRM system, HubSpot. Tracking and managing client projects using our project management tools. Proactively communicating with clients about lead times and order updates. Gathering and disseminating information to internal departments and clients. Sustaining effective workflow and follow-up to meet target dates. Attending client meetings. Following up with clients regarding concerns, complaints, or issues.
