We're seeking a skilled and driven Carrier Sales Representative to join our in-house team. Position Overview: As a Carrier Sales Representative , you will be responsible for building strong relationships with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely freight movement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities: Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with carriers across North America. Negotiate rates to ensure profitable margins while meeting service requirements. Track shipments and resolve issues throughout the load lifecycle. Use TMS and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) to manage daily workflow. Collaborate with internal teams to match carrier capacity with customer freight. Monitor market trends to make data-driven decisions. Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in freight brokerage or carrier sales (U.S. market experience preferred). Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. High level of English fluency (spoken and written). Strong understanding of U.S. logistics and transportation lanes. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using CRM or TMS platforms. Prior work experience in a U.S.-based brokerage or BPO. Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
