manage goods inbound processes to the warehouse according to marketing, sales and customers' requests in order to achieve on-time in-full deliveries and optimizing the resources assigned to perform the operation **Key Responsibilities**: - Follow-up of the date of factory exit of the products to guarantee the arrival in time to the customs office. - Gather and review the necessary import documents to avoid delays in the process. - Supervise the customs clearance process to ensure timely delivery to the warehouse. - Follow the integrity of the documentation with the accounting and treasury departments to pay taxes and costs as necessary. - Represent the company before the customs authorities as necessary. - Control product labeling to comply with local legal requirements. - To follow up ex-factory date of goods in order to ensure on time - arrival to the customs' office. - To gather and review the necessary import documents to avoid any delays on the custom process. - Ensure approved Import licenses before cargo arrives - To supervise the customs clearance process to ensure on time delivery to the warehouse. - To follow documentation integrity with the accounting and treasury departments to pay taxes and costs as needed. - To represent the company with Customs authorities as necessary. - To control goods' labeling to comply with local legal requirements. - Responsible of footwear, têxtile, and accessories classification processes for CIP, DJCP and Import Licenses - Coordinate customs brokers according to business priorities - Set KPIs to evaluate Customs Brokers Performance - Participation in meetings with Purchasing, OF and CTC. - Keep SAP deliveries dates updated - Responsible for OEA certification and maintenance **Key Relationships**: - Forwarder and Logistic partners - Regional & Global Contacts (Purchasing, Customs, Internal Control, Order Fulfilment, Inventory management, Accounting, Sales, Demand Planning, Customer Service.) - FLM (First Line) - Legal & HR - University degree or equivalent education required - Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area - Customer oriented - Cross functional Mindset - Innovation/Thinking out of the box - Leadership - Strategic Thinking - Adapting to change - Efficiency, Planning, Organizing - Communication - Ownership, action oriented - Decision making/Decisive judment - Fluid / advance Ingl (written and spoke) - Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices **Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications**: - 2 years experience - Minimum 1 year informal management experience required
