AWS CONSULTANT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITYTO: - Support customers in the adoption of Amazon Connectsolutions, ensuring successful implementation and helping toachieve positive outcomes for NeuraFlash clients. - Conducttechnology assessment and audits to identify the need (from an ROIand Outcomes perspective) to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform,improving agent experience and productivity. - Educate customers onthe value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architecturaldiscussions to ensure solutions are designed for successfuldeployment in the cloud. - Facilitate business process reviews withcustomers to understand their requirements and challenges. Assistin documenting these needs to guide solution design. - Translatehigh-level business goals into actionable, clear, andwell-structured user stories that can be used by development orimplementation teams to create solutions. - Act as a liaisonbetween technical teams and business stakeholders, communicatingtechnical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, andmanaging expectations and priorities. - Work closely with SolutionArchitects to review and approve created Solution Designs to ensurethat best practices and standards are followed. - Collect businessrequirements and work with Solution Engineers, Solution Architects,and Practice Lead to generate estimates and timelines to beutilized in Statements of Work. - Deliver customer end usertraining and documentation. QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience buildingintegrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions. -Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTCand SIP. - Experience with hands-on Scripting/coding (e.g., python,java, c#, .NET, Node.js). - Communication and presentation skillswith a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, ITManagement, and customers. - Strong troubleshooting and debuggingskills. - Experience with Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design,Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing. -Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks for building, testing,and deploying software, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy.- Contact Center architecture knowledge. - Experience intechnology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting. - Advancedknowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture. - Salesforceknowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud. - Contactcenter product knowledge of other platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya,Twilio, etc.). - Experience with WorkForce Management solutions. -Experience working with outbound dialers and campaign management. -Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile andScrum. - AWS Developer Associate Certification or Professional. -AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional.
