This role involves executing design tasks under the guidance of senior designers, ensuring that all work aligns with brand standards and project objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong foundation in design principles, eager to learn, and proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. This position is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Create visual content for digital and print platforms. Support senior designers with layout, image editing, and typography. Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs. Collaborate on creative projects to develop aligned visual content. Qualifications: Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer. Proven track record of creating high-quality visuals for marketing purposes. Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Strong creative and artistic skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry. Knowledge of web design principles. Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
