About The Role As a Financial Risk Analyst for DING, you will analyze, monitor, and manage financial risks associated with the company's operations, ensuring the early identification of threats, the implementation of mitigation strategies, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A specialization in Risk Management or Finance is desirable. Experience with data analysis tools. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, or R is a plus. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in financial risk analysis within the financial sector. What You Will Do Identify, measure, and analyze financial risks related to credit, market, liquidity, and fraud. Develop risk analysis models and prepare reports for strategic decision-making. Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to risk management. Assist in building and maintaining key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics. Assess the impact of emerging risks and propose action plans for mitigation. Coordinate with different departments to implement controls and process improvements to reduce financial risk exposure. Participate in internal and external audits, providing relevant financial risk information. Stay up to date with trends and best practices in financial risk management.
