As a Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities include identifying and attracting top technical talent for various roles within the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, utilizing data insights to optimize recruitment efforts. Your expertise in blockchain/Web3 will be essential in building relationships and attracting innovative talent. Accountabilities: Collaborate with talent leadership and hiring managers to execute the talent acquisition strategy. Manage full-lifecycle recruitment processes for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers. Leverage recruitment tools like Lever or similar systems to track applicants and manage pipelines. Utilize data and insights to drive recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and maintain a strong network of talent. Maintain a high level of urgency while adopting a consultative approach with stakeholders. Requirements: Passion for and experience recruiting in the blockchain/Web3 space. Minimum of 7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a tech startup environment. Strong organizational skills and effective time management. Experience with applicant tracking systems like Lever or similar tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and hiring managers. Creativity and flexibility in sourcing strategies, with a high sense of urgency.
