The Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduler is responsible for managing/governing process stats on Interval/Daily/Weekly and Monthly level. This position considerably contributes to top line and bottom line for the process. This individual should be able to manage Scheduling for multiple businesses. **Primary Responsibilities**: - Create and maintain weekly schedules in Aspect, eWFM, IEX. Etc. - Work along with capacity planner to maintain schedules basis the weekly plans - Create & execute scheduling for the processes & escalate deviation to Operations - Inform Operations of mitigation plans, managing exceptions - Assist and support fellow team mates & Managers wherever required & be part of a collaborative work environment in achieving personal & team goals **Required Qualifications**: - 3+ years of experience working in a call center and/or transaction site - 2+ years of WFM experience - 2+ years of hands on experience with workforce systems such as Avaya, CMS, IEX, eWFM, Genesis and/or Blue Pumpkin. - Must be well versed with scheduling & forecasting methodology - Ability to interpret correspondence and intended outcome accurately - Excellent presentation skills, grasping ability and logical reasoning - Excellent MS Excel skills and analytical skills (i.e. creating spreadsheets, v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.) - Excellent comprehension of spoken & written English and interpretation into appropriate action and intended outcome with required accuracy - Must be a team player with a ready disposition to learn - Customer Centricity, Commitment and reliability - Versatile and adaptable, motivated by achieving targets - Mental agility (ability to process tasks quickly and efficiently to maintain a quality service to our customers) - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or nights if required. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree - MS Excel, BI, SQL certifications - Data visualization ability Careers with Optum.
