Job Description A key member of our content team is sought after to lead the growth of our digital media presence. This includes video, audio, and online content designed to engage and expand our audience. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of branded content from podcast guest booking to YouTube SEO and social promotion turning every episode into a growth opportunity. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on individual with strong instincts for what performs online. Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end guest pipeline for our podcast: outreach, scheduling, communication - Develop and execute YouTube strategies prioritizing SEO, thumbnails, retention, and engagement - Run organic and paid campaigns on social media to promote content across platforms - Create branded assets in Canva or Photoshop for video, podcast, and social channels - Write and distribute weekly newsletters to engage and grow our subscriber base - Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback; iterate content strategy accordingly - Manage HubSpot CRM data and reporting tied to campaign performance Requirements - 2-3 years in content marketing, podcast growth, or digital media - Experience optimizing content for YouTube and podcast discoverability - Working knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn Navigator - Strong writing skills and a strategic, analytical mindset - Comfortable working independently across projects in a remote team
