This role plays a critical part in supporting the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and/or support key EDI initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects. - Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Ensure data standards compliance with HIPAA, DSCSA, and industry regulations, upholding Baxter's commitment to privacy and security. - Develop expertise in healthcard data exchange, EDI languages (ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML), and related technologies. - Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, driving business growth and improvement. - Provide leadership and project management expertise, effectively managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks. - Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers, fostering collaboration and communication. - Collaborate with IT business partners to drive business outcomes, leveraging technical expertise and market knowledge. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience. - Strong knowledge of EDI standards, including ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML. - Experience with EDI software and mapping tools, enabling seamless integration and data exchange.
