About the Role This role oversees pastry production, manages inventories and supplies, and handles mise en place for each outlet. The candidate must ensure the area maintains the highest standards of hygiene and quality according to Four Seasons standards. Responsibilities Control operational supplies, minimizing waste and deterioration. Coordinate daily stock of operational supplies and submit orders to the supervisor. Ensure supplies are in optimal condition for consumption and service. Perform mise en place and production in the pastry area. Prepare mise en place in advance with required quality before service. Maintain organized mise en place to support full operation. Ensure consistency in food and beverage preparations according to Four Seasons standards. Requirements Technical culinary training or equivalent with 3 years of cooking experience. 2 years of experience as a pastry chef. Desirable 1 year of supervisory experience in pastry. At least 1 year supporting pastry and baking events. Knowledge of medium-volume mixture preparations.
