As an Implementation Consultant at ProQuest, a Clarivate company, you will coordinate, lead, and deliver implementation projects for Ex Libris products (Alma and Primo, Leganto, Esploro, Rapid ILL, Rapido). You will work with academic libraries and their skilled stakeholders including Librarians, Deans, and other academic faculty. You will seek to understand their workflows and how our solutions can best support their day-to-day activities. You will ensure project success by leveraging your strong organizational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in software implementation. To be considered, you must have - Bachelors’ degree or higher in related field plus a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Demonstrated ability to manage several complex tasks concurrently Excellent analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills.
