Employee Contract Type: Empleado de Plazo Determinado (duración determinada) **Job Description**: **Education**: - Undergraduate degree in economic and/or administrative sciences. - Graduate degree in economics (preferably finance). Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis, financial systems, budgeting/cash flow control and internal controls standards. - Ability to solve complex problems. - Strong management and team leadership skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project software - Ability to generate reports and reporting for decision making. - Knowledge of current government regulations and financial reporting requirements. - Advanced level of spoken and written English. - Willingness to travel within and outside the country. **Experience**: - Minimum 3 years of experience in the coordination and leadership of administrative, financial and accounting processes. - Experience in grants management. - Experience in managing a budget in excess of $50 million. - Desirable experience in fund management with USAID projects.
