About the Role As HR Administrator at SellCord, you will have ownership over the human resources functions supporting our Latin America team and Colombia office. Responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and company culture development. Your goal will be to create a great employee experience, drive engagement, and foster a supportive and high-performing work environment. This role is ideal for a strong HR leader who is passionate about building a thriving workplace culture while implementing effective HR strategies to support business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities Lead hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Develop efficient recruitment processes that support business growth. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment with engagement initiatives. Address employee concerns and promote workplace well-being. Implement performance evaluations and employee growth plans. Provide coaching and identify training opportunities for skill development. Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company standards. Manage payroll, benefits, and maintain accurate employee records. Align HR initiatives with business goals and improve efficiency. Enhance employee satisfaction through engagement and retention strategies. Skills and Qualifications Proven HR experience (3+ years) with leadership responsibilities. Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy. Experience in building and maintaining company culture. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. In-office or hybrid work experience is a plus.
