**Our Company** **Job description**: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Analyst to support the commercial area. This role combines analytical skills with key operational and administrative functions to ensure the efficiency of sales processes and the correct execution of assigned tasks. **Responsibilities**: - Perform analysis and reports on product sales using ERP and Excel. - Record orders in the ERP according to the demand of the Sales and Management area. - Implement corrective and improvement actions based on process analysis. - Process complaints, claims and suggestions related to the sales area. - Support in the preparation of events and shows in the United States. - Coordinate the purchase of tickets, accommodation and vehicle rentals for the sales team's trips. - Record expenses for the area and follow up on supplier invoices. - Send expense reports to the financial area. - Collaborate with other areas of the company in tasks related to the position. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or similar. - Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in sales or administrative areas. - Advanced Excel skills. - Intermediate C1 English. - Excellent organization and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team. **Additional information**: - Full time - Monday to Friday 7am-5pm (8am-5pm) schedule adapted to our headquarters in Cumming GA - Benefits: Essential medical plan, connectivity assistance, 100% remote, the company provides the team with a dynamic and constantly learning work environment.
