The APM will lead and support all the airport projects in Latin America managing the technical, and administrative resources and activities required for successful compliance of our clients goals. This position will report to AECOM’s Aviation Sponsor LATAM The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Oversees and directs all Airport related projects in Latin America + Analyzes, monitors projects and programs and prepares cost exposure reports and cash flow projections, maintaining comprehensive budgets, monitoring and maintaining schedules + Works closely with internal and external stakeholders + Manages daily staff assignments and participates in weekly staffing meetings + Responsible for establishing project execution plans and implementing AECOM quality standards + Prepares responses and proposals to RFPs + Develops Business Development processes to seek new projects on the region + Responsible for solicitation, evaluation and selection of sub-consultants and contractors + Oversees the processing of submittals, requests for information, shop drawings, substitution requests, change proposals and mods + Oversees the processing and approval of monthly invoices + Works directly with Owner/Stakeholders of the program to verify project objectives are met + Manages Airport related Projects and Teams We believe infrastructure creates opportunity for everyone. Minimum Requirements + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture + 10+ years of general experience in design, management, construction or operation of transportation projects to include 5+ years of relevant professional project management experience Preferred Qualifications + Master’s Degree on Public Administration, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or Transportation-related degrees + 15 years of related experience in the aviation sector in a similar role guiding and leading mutliple airport project. + Exceptional communication and negotiation skills + Demonstrates enthusiasm, is highly motivated and detail oriented with a strong background managing complex client development programs + Well organized and adept at multi-tasking working with master agreements and multiple task orders + Abe to manage and/or direct project staff + Fluent in English What We Offer We will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
