**Responsibilities** - Demonstrates a passion for sales training, learning, sales coaching, and adopting adult learning principles to accelerate a learners’ impact with customers - Understanding business priorities and goals to help design, adapt and implement training programs and resources to enhance sales force skills - Design or adapt learner-focused instructional materials such as micro-learning modules, curricula, quick reference guides, checklists, eLearning, PowerPoint decks, simulations, videos, and assessments, and Deliver blended learning solutions to support digital on-demand, live face-to-face and virtual facilitator-led training - Ensure measurable and effective delivery of new hire training to accelerate the learning curve by partnering with other CommEd leads to having an integrated clinical and non-clinical experience. - Provides specific and relevant feedback to learners and their supervisors (sales managers) to increase learning transfer, sales effectiveness, and continuous learning - Maximize the use of digital learning platforms like Summit, Axonify, Stream, and others to create a good hybrid learning experience - Ensure accurate data, completion and follow up of training executions metrics and KPI for local Analysis, insights to connect with business for align actions plans - Measures, tracks, and communicates to business stakeholders the progress updates of L&D; training effectiveness, insights, and actions plans - Participates in training communities of practice (J&JLearn;) Gathers and shares external/internal training benchmark information, lessons learned, and best practices - Communicate and interact effectively and develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with stakeholders, leadership, field force, CommEd and team members at cluster and regional level - Support special projects and initiatives as assigned **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree required - At least 5 years in Sales or Marketing roles - Successful experience in sales training or learning and development experience is required - Comfortable with technology and how to implement in new and innovative ways with Learners is required - Collaborative, digital savvy, team-player, ability to influence without authority ability to connect and interact with large sales field force teams - Ability to learn, navigate and propose new innovative learning solutions - Integrity Selling, Sales coaching and Adult Learning Principles certified is preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PPT and Excel in advance level is required - Experience in learning technologies (LMS Summit and Axonify preferred) - Experience in delivering training or coaching professionals - Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed, results oriented and team-based environment is required. - Proficient in Advanced English, both verbal and written - Flexible and willing to travel frequently (30% of time).
