Join a fast-paced and collaborative environment as a Sales Financial Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in sizing opportunities, assessing deal performance, and leveraging pricing strategy to drive business growth. This position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure deals are executed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: - Review and approve estimated deal sizes for new consumption-based business - Track deal performance on a monthly basis and validate the accuracy of deal estimates - Coordinate with the onboarding team to assess changes to the estimated sizing - Collaborate with the commissions team on adjustments to estimated deal sizing - Analyze and document key revenue metrics - Perform financial analyses to evaluate and optimize opportunity profitability - Build and maintain effective infrastructure, processes, and tools for the Sales Finance team About You: - Proven success in finance, accounting, or a business analyst role - Bachelor's degree required; preferably in finance, economics, or a related field - Highly organized, customer-focused, strong attention to detail - Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and project manager - Eager to learn and work through a fast-paced and changing environment We Offer: A competitive benefits package, a flexible workplace, career coaching, and an environment where diverse individuals can thrive and make an impact.
