Reports To General Manager Latam Job Purpose Development and execution of the Commercial Strategy for the LATAM Market in line with CPL corporate brand identity and vision. Leadership of the LATAM Commercial Team in all aspects of daily operations, people management, and financial framework. Management of strategic target customers. Tasks and Responsibilities Deliver effective Commercial Strategy Communicate CPL's mission and purpose, ensuring the LATAM Sales Team aligns with company values. Define and implement the commercial strategy for the LATAM Market and specific customers, aligned with global and regional CPL vision. Develop strategic sales, marketing, and operational objectives, establish targets, manage forecasts, and evaluate team performance. Manage strategic customers to develop sustainable and profitable business relationships. Establish a commercial operating framework to meet profitability and revenue targets. Produce monthly sales reports and contribute to GM reports for the LATAM division. Forecast and Profitability Responsibilities Full accountability for sales revenue and profitability in the LATAM Market. Provide annual sales forecasts and ensure accuracy. Ensure precise LATAM sales reporting and analysis. Manage the LATAM Sales Team / Leadership Build, lead, and develop an effective LATAM Sales Team to drive sales and margin growth in line with CPL global and LATAM division strategies. Set clear performance and development objectives, conduct annual appraisals, and ensure targets are achieved. Develop training and coaching plans for sales team members. Foster collaboration between sales and other functions to ensure success and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with internal and external clients to support the commercial strategy. Prepare compelling account plans for strategic customers to facilitate strategy execution. Change Management & Future Business Opportunities Implement change management strategies within the LATAM Sales Team. Develop a strategy to gather and maintain a competitive intelligence database. Share market and competitive insights to position CPL effectively in the market. Identify new business development opportunities in LATAM for integration into regional and global strategies. Skills And Attributes Required University degree; MBA or postgraduate in Business preferred. Proficiency in English, good command of Windows (MS Office), and ERP systems. 10-15+ years of experience in the fragrance industry. Strong olfactory skills, negotiation skills for complex sales, extensive fragrance industry experience, and a passion for fragrance. Excellent leadership, self-motivation, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. Good project management skills and results-oriented mindset.
