This role is key to ensuring CRM scalability, governance, and operational efficiency as the organization grows. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—particularly Product and Operations teams—to maintain HubSpot as a reliable source of truth and strategic business tool. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer roles, permissions, and team access within HubSpot - Design, document, and optimize workflows, properties, and automations - Provide daily support to commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) - Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and ensure overall platform health - Coordinate alignment on lead routing, deal stages, and reporting logic - Implement and monitor CRM governance policies (naming, segmentation, access) - Propose and execute automation and reporting enhancements - Integrate complementary tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and Notion **Profile Requirements** - 2-4 years of experience managing HubSpot or similar CRM tools - Educational background in Business, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related areas - HubSpot certifications (Admin, Sales, Operations) or proven equivalent experience - Strong skills in documentation, process mapping, and CRM structuring - Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Zapier, Notion, and dashboarding solutions - Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication **Nice to Have** - Previous experience supporting GTM teams in SaaS or high-growth environments - Familiarity with data governance, internal support, or change management Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
