As a Business Intelligence Manager, you'll play a key role in decoding the intersections of people, content, and technology to bring our aspirations to life. Job Responsibilities: - Design and maintain advanced reporting and data quality dashboards to clearly communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to retrieve, compile, and clean raw data to support reporting needs. - Employ advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools to conduct thorough and efficient data analysis that supports informed decision-making. - Prepare campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. - Lead and manage projects, utilizing project management tools to ensure stakeholder alignment and transparent communication of progress. - Ensure that all project and data management documentation is meticulously maintained and regularly updated to reflect current operations and practices. - Contribute to the enhancement of our commerce analytics capabilities to a best-in-class level by staying informed on industry trends/innovations and driving new analytics initiatives that contribute to client business goals. Requirements: 1. 3-5 years of hands-on analytical experience. 2. Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field. 3. Proficient in using Tableau / PowerBI for dashboarding and data visualization. 4. Proficient in SQL, Python/R for data analysis and manipulation. 5. Basic understanding of ETL processes and familiarity with data management/engineering platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Datorama. 6. Experienced with Microsoft Office applications for the creation of reports, presentations, and analyses including advanced Excel functions and formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot, and Power Query. 7. Ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform strategy and optimization. 8. Strong verbal and written communications skills at all levels; ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 9. Strong drive to understand the retail landscape and latest trends in commerce media. 10. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal teams and external partners. 11. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, proactively optimizing repetitive tasks and employing a systems approach for effective solutions. 12. A self-starter attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment. In line with the nature of the position, which will be performed remotely or in hybrid mode, it is reported that the work must be carried out within the Colombian Territory, therefore the application to this position is only possible for people domiciled and with work permit in the national territory. Likewise, it is clarified that the remote work contract is not an option for contracting or changing domicile abroad.
