What You'll Do - Work as an Analyst within the Energy Practice Area, providing industry and functional expertise and insights to case and proposal teams. - Serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams, topic/sector leaders & external clients, helping structure and solve complex issues. Your Key Responsibilities - Get staffed on cases and work from client-site or our office for a duration of couple of months, providing analysis to drive insight into specific client issues. - Manage and process industry focus analysis requests, and assist consultants with industry-specific problems. - Interact with local teams and use internal and external information resources to gather, filter, synthesize, package, and deliver insights to the Energy Practice Area. - Work on content pieces with special focus on Latin American market-specific expertise, including industry trends, local and regional competitive landscape, benchmarks, mapping key industry players, amongst others. - Support the Energy PA in SSA with content development/synthesis for external engagements (Seat at the table events, newspaper articles, etc.). - Gatekeep all content developed in the Energy Practice Area in SSA in an organized way, identifying content to be sanitized and published for the wider ecosystem. Requirements - A Master's degree relevant to the sector/topic; 1+ year of relevant work experience in the sector/topic preferred. - Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in the sector/topic. - A strong understanding of the energy landscape in Latin America, along with deep knowledge of local players in the industry. - Fluency in English and Spanish. - Strong analytical skills. - Ability to synthesize and communicate insights effectively both written (slides) and verbally. - Ability to multi-task & operate effectively, independently, proactively & curiously, in a matrix organization in a fast-paced environment. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
