About the position: This role is responsible for supervising talent acquisition to fill the required vacant positions through professional interviews to ensure the smooth delivery of profiles. As a TA Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for the allied departments like operations, hiring, and others. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct interviews, and administer psychotechnical tests. Act as the main POC for hiring managers and departments, ensuring smooth coordination. Oversee and evaluate the TA team’s performance, ensuring efficiency and goal alignment. Ensure a seamless hiring process, from interview coordination to feedback. Maintain accurate records, track key hiring metrics, and ensure compliance. Support new hire onboarding and contribute to employer branding efforts. Academic background and experience: Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR area Minimum of 6 months of experience in Leadership roles.
