Senior Network and Infrastructure Architect Capgemini is seeking a skilled Senior Network and Infrastructure Architect to spearhead the design, strategy, and governance of our enterprise network, unified communications (UC), and contact center solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our transition to and optimization of cloud services. About the Role The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud networking, UCaaS, and CCaaS architecture, with experience designing and implementing complex network and communication solutions. They will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic roadmap for hybrid and multi-cloud network architectures, developing and leading the strategy for Unified Communications (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), and collaborating with business units and IT leadership to translate requirements into scalable cloud and hybrid network/communication solutions. Key Responsibilities - Cloud & Hybrid Strategic Planning: Define and drive the strategic roadmap for hybrid and multi-cloud network architectures. - Cloud-Focused Architecture & Design: Architect secure, resilient, and performant network connectivity solutions within and between cloud environments. - Technical Leadership & Governance: Provide expert guidance on cloud networking, UCaaS, CCaaS, and hybrid integration to engineering, operations, and project teams. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 8-10 years in IT infrastructure, with significant focus on network and communication systems. - Proven experience architecting and deploying solutions in major cloud environments (GCP required, AWS, Azure highly desired).
