Proficiency with ArgoCD and GitOps practices for managing Kubernetes workloads in a declarative, automated manner. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible). Background in working with microservices architectures, distributed systems, domain-driven-design (DDD), and cloud-native principles. Scripting and automation skills in languages like Python, PowerShell, or Go. A product-oriented mindset, with the ability to view value stream teams as customers and prioritize their needs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, bridging technical and user-focused goals, with analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive and diligent approach to identifying and resolving challenges. Experience with Agile and SCRUM to support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to deliver quick iterations with a culture of continuous improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and receive a moderate level of guidance for overall topics or strategies. Preferred Qualifications : Experience building or maintaining Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) including API Development, Platform Control Planes, and Platform Abstractions. Experience in SecOps, ITOps, or FinOps strongly desired. Hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka for event-driven systems and data streaming. Experience with Red Hat OpenShift for container orchestration. Familiarity with observability tools like .NET Aspire Dashboard, Grafana, Splunk, and Azure Monitor for monitoring and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and system administration (Linux/Unix preferred). Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#) for troubleshooting software and build new Platform capabilities. Certifications in cloud technologies, especially for Azure (e.g., AZ-400 DevOps Engineer, AZ-305 Solutions Architect) are a plus.
