Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Backend Administrative Assistant to join the MyFitHive team. This is a remote position for a dependable professional who can take ownership of administrative tasks and operational support that the leadership team requires for successful operation. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep projects and processes running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple teams. Manage and organize internal documents, spreadsheets, and databases. Assist with client onboarding tasks, data entry, account setup, and routine system updates. Help coordinate team schedules, meetings, and follow-ups. Track and update project management tools to ensure deadlines are met. Conduct basic research and compile reports as needed. Communicate with clients or vendors for routine updates or information requests. Assist with internal process improvements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative, operations, or back-office experience, preferably with a SaaS or technology startup company. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects. Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new platforms and tools quickly. Experience working with fitness or wellness brands is a plus but not required. Working From Home: Fluent in spoken and written English Good American accent!
