Aditi Consulting is seeking a passionate and talented Data Scientist to join our Data & AI Practice team in support of both pre- and post-sales activities. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to transform complex data into actionable knowledge. Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Exploration: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation to ensure data quality. Utilize statistical methods and visualization techniques to present findings. Model Development and Implementation: Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical models. Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency. Deploy and maintain models in production environments. Project Discovery and Planning: Support the project discovery phase by providing data-driven insights for project planning and execution. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Determine the best data sets to utilize for AI workflow development. AI Workflow Support: Provide data and model support for the development of AI workflows. Ensure that AI solutions are data-driven and effective. Work with AI engineers to deploy models into production systems. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present data analysis reports and findings to stakeholders. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Document all data analysis and model development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
