As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. **About the role**: The Head of Agency Sales is responsible for developing strategy and driving revenue for a team of individual contributors. They will report into the General Manager for the Andean Region and serve as the advocate for their agencies both internally and externally. They will grow and develop Agency Partnerships Managers to become strategic advisors to their clients.
