This individual will be the front-line key driver for focused initiatives in the assigned roles and responsibilities and will coordinate efforts with all other areas. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Responsible for product promotion activities according to business plan in the following territory: - Main Countries: Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Guayanas, Suriname, Countries in Central America and the Caribbean. - Manage channel partners and take ownership of the assigned regions, leading them to growth mode and ensure a win-win situation for both PSG and Channel Partners. - Identify new business growth opportunities for the assigned region and ensure that it is in-line to the common metrics and goals of the regional team. - Achieve regional and individual target for each country, channel partner and brands assigned. Be prepared to work out a contingency plan if faced with challenges. - Achieve projected gains through development and deployment of “Value Added” concepts. - Analyze competition and alternative technology in the business while developing competitive strategies to grow market share of PSG products in the assigned region. - Search and build up new suitable channels to address those uncovered business and geographical areas to improve our business in the assigned region. - Refer leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands. - Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly working plans and priorities and schedule own activities to make sure the targets are achieved. - Assist PSG in developing Voice of the Customer initiatives as a method of defining new product opportunities. - Performs all other duties as assigned on ad-hoc basis. - Responsible for managing, studying, and defining the optimum distribution / market representation model that will maximize revenue and market share in each PSG market and for each PSG brand/technology. - Develop and drive the Go-To-Market strategy for the assigned market and implement and follow the strategy to achieve projected gains. - Responsible for the assessment of market potential in each assigned territory and market. - Coordinate and execute strategy to maximize penetration into Target Accounts. - Continually monitors and evaluates distributor performance. Communicates clear expectations to the distributors and coaches them on ways to increase business effectiveness. Monitors progress and communicates performance deficiencies and action steps to correct said deficiencies in a clear and timely fashion. Works with the distributors on an annual basis to develop a structured and executable business plan. - Continually monitors distributor inventory levels and product mix in relation to profitability and market dynamics. - Coordinates all training and direct marketing activities (direct mail, trade shows, etc.) within the assigned territory. - Ensures that the distributor and the distributor staff and all product channel personnel have an adequate knowledge of the PSG product lines, the market, the market dynamics, competitive offerings, and marketing strategies needed to promote the Products with success. - Researches and understands any external market triggers (government, certifications, altern
