Join to apply for the Sr. Manager, Training & Quality role at Concentrix . **Job Description:** The Sr. Manager, Training & Quality oversees Training & Quality Managers and ensures that processes meet both external and internal client expectations. The role involves data analysis, measurement reviews, reporting, and recommending improvements for the Client and Operations. The Sr. Manager must manage multiple countries and lead reporting efforts for strategy and decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Set tactical and operational plans to achieve Quality Compliance goals. Develop and manage processes, standards, and plans for quality standards implementation. Review quality data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Implement quality control and continuous improvement processes. Collaborate with business leads to align training programs with business priorities. **Requirements:** 5+ years of Quality experience. 3+ years of Training experience (preferred). 5+ years of Management experience. 5+ years in Call Center/Business Process Operations. Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
