You’ll execute important cold outreach, maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene, and directly support Partners with bottom-of-funnel tasks critical to deal closure. You'll gain hands-on experience— interfacing directly with founders, executing strategic follow-ups, managing reactivation campaigns, and driving deal momentum. Your work will have significant impact from day one. You'll need to be resourceful and reliable— sending personalized emails, managing NDAs, keeping CRM hygiene flawless, and coordinating signatures from internal stakeholders. Who You Are: - You're operationally sharp and absolutely dependable. - You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in BDR, sales operations, customer success, or other outbound-facing roles; ideally in a fast-paced environment. - You write well and communicate clearly. - You proactively identify gaps and take initiative without needing constant direction. - You're comfortable fixing messy CRMs and managing detailed workflows. - You enjoy tracking details, pushing tasks forward, and getting things done. - You're comfortable working within a sales-driven environment, understanding that your precision creates momentum. - Experienced enough at the BDR role to manage this function proactively. - MOST IMPORTANTLY, you're resourceful; the type of person who sees what needs to be done and executes without needing to ask how. Bonus Points If: - You’ve worked in a fast-paced startup, VC, or agency environment. - You understand the basics of how acquisitions work. - You’ve supported high-performing execs or Partners before. - You’ve used AI to accelerate workflows and have done it well. What You'll Own: You will report directly to the growth team and to i5invest Partners, interacting daily via Slack, Zoom, and email. You'll own pipeline hygiene (CRM updates, note-taking, task management), cold outreach campaigns, strategic appointment setting, personalized post-call follow-ups, and targeted reactivation sequences. You’ll also handle critical bottom-of-funnel tasks like sending NDAs, following up internally and externally on signatures, and helping Partners drive deals toward closure. You’ll document strategic experiments to improve pipeline efficiency and outreach effectiveness, consistently reflecting on outcomes and proposing improvements. Random: - We run paid trials with challenging tests. - Full US workweek hours. You can 100% expect to work Monday through Friday, approximately 8am–5/6pm. You’ll have a combination of asynchronous (Slack, Asana, Attio, Email) and synchronous communication (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams), including occasional same-day calls that were not previously scheduled. - We don't pause for local holidays or embrace digital nomad lifestyles for this role.
