Overview Role In this position, you will: - Be responsible for adding new and/or updating site content - including text, images, and downloadable assets like PDFs. - Work within pre-defined page templates and components. - Own ad-hoc image resiging and optimization to maintain a high standard of site quality and usability. - Maintain site maintenance, governance, and authoring knowledge assets to ensure relevancy. - Publish web pages with documented site/business unit owner approval. - Add new and/or update author-able page information such as SEO Meta info, tags, and light HTML editing to format text as needed. - Be expected to add new and/or update DAM (digital asset manager) assets, managing assets in the DAM to ensure compliance with digital marketing governance and trademark/copyright laws. - Support urgent site updates as needed. All About You - Extensive experience with AEM in the cloud and some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to support ad-hoc image sizing. - Have some experience with HTML to facilitate edits and text formatting within pre-defined AEM components. - Be willing to work with internal Mastercard development/technical teams to resolve authoring questions or issues as they arise. - Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests concurrently, while meeting deadlines. - Have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. - Be experienced in web content publishing with exposure to a high degree of collaboration with external stakeholders and internal colleagues. - Have an ability to clearly communicate complex information to effectively deliver messages, both verbally and in writing. - Be self-motivated, and able to operate with a sense of urgency. - Have a good design eye and some proofreading ability to spot issues with pages as they are being developed or post publishing. - Be willing to learn about WCAG accessibility best practices to help flag and correct accessibility issues as web pages are being built.
