We areexperiencing rapid growth and seek a proactive, outspoken CustomerSuccess Manager to act as a strategic partner for our clients,helping them achieve their business objectives. KeyResponsibilities 1. Provide tailored solutions to optimize thecustomer experience and maximize the value of our products. 2. Leadclient onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales toimplementation with clear guidance and resources. 3. Serve as themain contact for clients in the behavioral health sector post-sale,managing daily interactions and ensuring a seamless customerjourney. 4. Collaborate with product fulfillment teams such as SEOand PPC to stay updated on project progress and campaign statuses.5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling withinexisting accounts to generate additional revenue. 6. Represent thevoice of the customer within the company, providing feedback andinsights to product and leadership teams. 7. Monitor and report oncustomer health scores, churn risk, and success metrics. 8.Coordinate with the project management team to ensure a consistent,high-quality customer experience. Qualifications 1. Provenexperience in sales, customer success, and B2B client-facing roles.2. Understanding of digital marketing, especially SEO and PPC;agency experience is a plus. 3. Familiarity with project managementtools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana. 4. Self-motivated, adaptable,and able to work independently. 5. Native English proficiency.
