We collaborate with the world for the health of everyone in it. **We are searching the best talent for Business Unit Finance Senior Analyst to be in Bogotá, Colombia.** **BUF Senior Analyst will be responsible for**: - Coordinate with the business the execution of the Financial Planning processes ensuring compliance with regional and corporate schedules. - Serving as a business partner for Immunology and Central Nervous System Therapeutic Areas. - Provide support to the commercial management and marketing franchises generating the information and analysis required to support decision-making and monitoring of business performance. - Develop the financial models and analyzes that are required in the area, generating tools for directors and managers for decision making. - It permanently analyzes the financial results of OpCo's gross profit, providing management with essential information for the control and monitoring of the operation's compliance that accurately reflect Janssen's financial situation for Latin America North. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, among others; Post-graduate studies in Finance is a plus. - Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years of experienced is required. - Knowledge in Accounting, Financial Processes (financial & Control analysis, financial planning and forecasting, reports, and variance analysis, Budget Control) required. - Financial Planning and business experience. - Experience in commercial finance is considered a differential capability. - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point - Experience with SAP and Anaplan is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills - Required languages: Advanced English - Travel Percentage: 10% **Primary Location** Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá - **Organization** Janssen Cilag S.A.
