We're Hiring: Senior Business Development Manager (B2B Payments & Treasury) Location: Colombia | Hybrid Reports to: CEO Your Mission As the Senior Business Development Manager , your role is to accelerate Vectora’s commercial growth in Colombia by connecting our solutions to the real needs of SMEs. You’ll lead our go-to-market execution, identify new opportunities, and establish strong relationships that drive long-term value. You’ll champion the evolution of business payments—making them smarter, faster, and simpler. This role is ideal for someone who sees the future of money as borderless and tech-driven, and who wants to help build the rails that will make that future a reality. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead and execute Vectora’s B2B growth strategy , from defining ideal customer profiles to generating top-of-funnel leads and closing strategic deals. Build and manage a robust pipeline of partnerships with SMEs, platforms, financial institutions, and ecosystem players. Understand client pain points across treasury, cash flow, collections, and cross-border payments—and translate them into tailored Vectora solutions. Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and long-term account success. Represent Vectora in commercial meetings, pitches, events, and conversations with high-growth companies. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, with a strong record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing impactful partnerships. Proven ability to work across multiple industries and client types , from tech-savvy platforms to traditional businesses. Hands-on mindset: you're equally comfortable drafting sales decks as you are leading commercial negotiations. Results-oriented with a sharp focus on measurable impact —you know how to move deals from conversation to execution. Passionate about financial technology and curious to learn the mechanics of treasury, digital payments, and FX . Skilled at managing multiple opportunities simultaneously , with a pipeline-first mentality. Nice to Have Knowledge of the Colombian financial ecosystem or previous experience working in LATAM markets. Background in payments, fintech, or digital finance (B2B focus preferred). Experience with cross-border financial flows , FX, or payment orchestration. Exposure to Web3 or blockchain-based payment systems. Understanding of regulatory topics around financial services and compliance.
