YOU MUST TAKE THE DISC ASSESSMENT BEFORE BEING CONSIDERED PAID TRAINING/TRAINING and EDUCATION **Compensation**: $8 hourly with commission **Responsibilities**: - Follow-up & respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales - Use the CRM daily to manage and update the pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales - Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win/win solution for both parties - Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate-specific systems/technologies - Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position - Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position - Attend business meetings and trainings as required - Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned **Qualifications**: - High School diploma and/or Associates degree - Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred - A successful and proven sales history is preferred - Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience (preferred or required) - Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record) - Lives out our core values - Faith, Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Commitment, Growth Professional in attitude and appearance - Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities - Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone - Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies - Ability to perform intermediate tasks in Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines - Must be dependable and safety oriented Self-motivated and results-driven with proven ability to succeed - Ability to work some nights and weekends - Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers - Good attendance record **About Company** Hello Pad is an off-market real estate company that acquires off-market property at a discount.
