Location: Bogotá Core mission: Implement Key Account & Client Management plans and processes to retain and strengthen client relationships. Main responsabilities: - Scope of the role: pharmacy chains, or retail: Colsubsídio, Cafam, Cruz verde, copservir, AXA, Farmatodo. - Implement Key Account & Client Management plans and processes to retain and strengthen client relationships. - Implement and execute high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients - Implement and execute Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations - Uses data to project sales, determine profitability, targets, and to identify business opportunities. - Contributes to the development and administration of all processes related to Key Account & Client Management programs and policies to retain and expand current customer relationships - Collaborate on industry-specific relationship management activities and enabling the orchestration of customer-facing roles **Requirements**: - Mini 4 years relevant sales experience with pharamcy chains or distribution. - Uses data to project sales, determine profitability, Invstments, targets, and identify costumer potential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills/ Strong relationship builder - Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills. - Strong supervisory and leadership skills - Positive thinker, highly self-motivated, a strong coach, and an exceptional salesperson Employer’s Rights: This job description does not list all the duties of the job.
