Job Opportunity We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to create and qualify new business opportunities, fueling a healthy sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting daily through cold calls, emails, social selling, and video messages to uncover decision-makers. They will tailor value pitches by running quick needs analyses and linking pain points to the company's benefits. 1. Prospect daily through various channels to uncover decision-makers. 2. Tailor value pitches by conducting quick needs analyses and identifying key benefits. 3. Qualify leads against ICP and BANT/CHAMP criteria; book discovery calls or demos for Account Executives. 4. Log every touch and next step in CRM, keeping data clean and pipeline stages current. 5. Hit or exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly SQL / meeting quotas. 6. Partner with Marketing to convert campaigns into pipeline and feed real-time market feedback. 7. Track competitive moves and share insights that sharpen messaging and product direction.
