Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Manager to oversee data integration and customer base management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the integration of customer data from internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and standardization through quality control and validation processes. - Develop and manage the customer master database, including segmentation, enrichment, and deduplication strategies. - Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and third-party vendors to maintain and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines. - Monitor and resolve data integration issues promptly. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred). - 3–5 years of experience in data integration, database management, or customer data platforms. - Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Familiarity with CRM systems and strong understanding of data governance, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
