We’re looking for a skilled structural engineer to support residential and light commercial projects across Florida. What you’ll do: Draft and develop structural plans (wood framing, CMU, light steel) Design for piling and elevated coastal foundations Apply the Florida Building Code (FBC) with guidance from Florida P.E.s Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams Deliver permit-ready plans for submittal in coastal counties Requirements: 2+ years of experience in structural design or drafting Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus) Experience with wood framing and coastal residential projects Major Plus: Experience with pool structural design Familiarity working with MEP disciplines Salary: Competitive and based on experience If you’re ready to design structures that stand up to coastal conditions, we’d love to hear from you.
