What’s new with Aptar We have an exciting position open at Aptar Colombia, in our Cali Beauty Site: Human Resources Business Coordinator. This position is based in Cali, Colombia, inside Zona France del Pacifico, reporting to our Director, HR Business Partner, Beauty, LatAm. How your role begins Build strong relationships with internal clients to understand their business objectives, diagnose opportunities, and implement improvements that support people management strategies, align with operational leaders, promote our culture, and support HR processes. Main functions: - Support workforce planning for the site. - Act as a business partner for the site and local areas, ensuring HR processes comply with global, regional, and local policies and laws. - Assist site leaders in providing a comprehensive employee lifecycle experience. - Monitor and adapt HR practices to current legislation and union agreements; work with union representatives to maintain a positive environment and prevent conflicts that could interfere with production. Ensure fair treatment for all employees. - Coordinate recruitment and talent attraction processes. - Responsible for audits (external and internal). - Advise managers and employees on training, development, compensation, benefits, internal communication, legal matters, promotions, and terminations, based on applicable policies. - Implement and execute HR policies according to local, regional, and global requirements. - Develop initiatives to improve engagement survey results and foster a healthy organizational culture, increasing the sense of belonging. - Support other Latam site processes (approximately 15% of the time). What you can bring to the position - Education - Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus. - Ability to work with diverse themes, identify challenges, and prioritize effectively. - Experience in implementing HR processes. - Experience in recruitment, attraction, and retention of talent. - Ability to work in a matrix organization with dotted-line reports. - Emotional intelligence to support various profiles transparently and directly. - Advanced English proficiency. - Intermediate Portuguese is a plus. - Experience - 3-5 years in similar roles, working with union representatives in manufacturing and multinational companies. - Skills / Abilities - Attention to detail; - Interpersonal skills; - Problem-solving; - Planning; - Result-oriented; - Interpersonal relationship management.
