About the Role - This is a hands-on role as Field/Depot Service Technician where you will be focused on module-level replacement of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Sub-Replaceable Units (SRUs). - You will work from a dedicated ESD-safe lab with occasional travel to customer sites for on-site service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined in ESD procedures, and capable of producing clear technical documentation in English. Key Responsibilities - Remove and replace complete modules or boards (LRUs/SRUs), including disconnecting and reconnecting ribbon cables, plugs, and harnesses. - Install spare parts from inventory (no soldering or board-level troubleshooting required). - Maintain an orderly, well-functioning 24 m² repair workshop and micro-warehouse. - Draft clear and accurate technical reports in English for each repair task. - Ensure precise packing and labeling of outbound shipments. - Support on-time dispatch and shipment documentation when needed. - Travel to client sites to perform repairs when required. Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on electronics repair experience. - Strong first-time-fix mindset and consistent performance. - Strict adherence to ESD safety protocols. - Ability to write precise and professional technical documentation in English. - High attention to detail in packing and labeling – no errors allowed in outbound shipments. - Native Spanish speaker for local team communication. - Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site service.
