Job Title: Portfolio Analyst We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of payments, managing cases, and maintaining compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities: - Cash Receipt Management: Ensure timely and accurate recording of cash receipts, bank transfers, and other forms of payment. - Payment Support Requests: Request and confirm payment supports from customers as needed. - Banking Portal Consultation: Consult banking portals with due care and reserve. - Cash Receipt Allocation: Allocate cash receipts according to support and analysis. - Bank Statement Download: Download bank statements as required. - Mismatched Item Escalation: Escalate mismatched items promptly. - Reconciliation Monitoring: Monitor bank reconciliations using existing tools and perform updates and debugging as necessary. - Cash Receipt Status Reporting: Report on the status of cash receipts to provide adequate support for analysts. - Account Reconciliation Support: Provide support for account reconciliations, assignment adjustments, receipt revisions, and reconciliation with external clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Education: Students or professionals in fields such as public accounting, finance, business administration, or financial management. - Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing accounts payable processes. - Technical Skills: Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools. - Soft Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
