About the Role As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will deliver personalized virtual consultations using phone, video, text, and email. You’ll guide prospective clients through their aesthetic journey, develop customized treatment plans, and close high-value sales. This is a fast-paced, performance-based role ideal for confident sales professionals ready to earn uncapped commissions while working remotely on weekends. Compensation $20.00/hour base pay Uncapped commission potential Part-time schedule (Friday–Sunday only) Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed individual sales targets as directed by the Territory Director Conduct high-volume outbound calls and virtual consultations to company-generated leads Build rapport with prospective clients and provide expert treatment recommendations tailored to their goals Present LaserAway’s services and pricing clearly and professionally using video platforms like Google Meet Overcome objections with confidence and close sales effectively Educate clients on financing options and help navigate payment plans Partner with in-clinic teams and Regional Directors to ensure seamless customer experiences Resolve client concerns collaboratively and in alignment with our brand values Uphold clinical standards by partnering with medical professionals to ensure protocol adherence Contribute to a high-performing, team-driven culture Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of remote or phone-based consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry Demonstrated success in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in a performance-based environment Must be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday , including evenings and holidays as needed Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and conducting daily video consultations Confident presenting high-value treatment plans, handling objections, and closing sales Must be a self-starter who thrives while working independently with minimal supervision Must have a quiet, private home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection Must provide your own computer and necessary equipment to perform all duties remotely Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills required Why You’ll Love It Here Empower clients to feel confident and beautiful through personalized aesthetic care Enjoy remote work flexibility while maximizing income on weekends Be part of a brand trusted by millions with a commitment to safety, science, and service Join a passionate, fast-growing team that celebrates wins and drives results Access free and discounted treatments to experience the services you promote Note: This is a remote, part-time opportunity requiring you to provide your own technology and work a consistent Friday–Sunday schedule.
