Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating and updating shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system. Customer Experience Roles Includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include: 1. Customer channel management 2. Case Management 3. Customer onboarding and relationship management 4. Contract and dispute management 5. Additional responsibilities as applicable Administrative Support Supports others by performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks. Job levels range from entry-level technicians and administrative staff to experienced contributors with specialized knowledge. At higher levels, individuals work independently, applying standards and making departures from established processes to resolve problems. Colleagues at this level typically work on tasks of limited scope and complexity, exercise independent judgment within defined boundaries, and have skills developed through training and on-the-job experience. They possess knowledge of standard work routines and may escalate non-routine issues to more experienced colleagues or supervisors.
