As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment from customers and providing exceptional support throughout the process. Responsibilities: - Monitor assigned customer accounts and follow up on past due amounts to minimize risk. - Promote excellent customer relationships by responding to queries, resolving issues, and addressing disputes in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
