Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar) What You Need to Bring 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing support Strong communication and relationship-building skills Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management A proactive, results-oriented mindset What You’ll Do Daily Lead Generation: Make outbound phone calls to acquire new customers Send emails to acquire new customers Identify and acquire new leads through various methods Lead Qualification: Verify a lead's interest, budget, and authority to purchase, ensuring they are a good fit for the sales team Outreach and Communication: Initiate and maintain communication with potential customers via phone, email, or social media CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and update lead information in the company's CRM system Track and manage leads through the sales funnel, nurture them, and ensure they are passed on to the sales team at the right time Reporting and Analysis: Monitor lead generation campaign performance and report on key metrics Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts and share insights Building and Scaling Processes: Develop and document scalable processes for lead generation to ensure consistency and efficiency Meet the Powerhouse You’ll Be Representing Our client, Royce Cross Group, is a leading security systems provider based in Florida.
