Sales Development Executive at BairesDev What You’ll Do: - Respond quickly and efficiently to inbound leads to ensure timely engagement. - Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and educating potential clients on the value of our services. - Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results to management to track performance and inform strategies. Here is what we are looking for: - 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with expertise in lead qualification across all organizational levels—managers, directors, VPs, and executives. - Junior+ level of seniority with a proactive and strategic approach to client engagement. - Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. - Previous experience in software development outsourcing is preferred but not mandatory.
