Operations Director We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to lead our legal support teams. As an experienced manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth. - Manage multiple legal support teams, focusing on consistent performance and delivery. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing escalations, and identifying process improvements. - Provide direction and mentorship to team leaders, offering regular feedback and coaching. - Validate time entries for accurate billing across client teams. - Lead team meetings to promote cohesion, transparency, and alignment. - Prepare and present performance reports, client feedback summaries, and service optimization recommendations. - Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support the client onboarding process. - Evaluate compliance with labor regulations and reconcile conflicts with client-specific policies. - Work with Recruitment, IT, HR, and Legal to coordinate hiring, transitions, and workforce planning. - Act as the internal point of contact for staffing process improvements, documentation, and approvals. Requirements: - Fluent in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with U.S.-based clients. - At least 5 years of experience managing teams or operations in a legal support environment. - Proven leadership and people management skills, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. - Familiarity with timekeeping and productivity systems. - Able to prioritize and make decisions quickly in a dynamic client-facing environment. - Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
