In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to finance & accounting, create insight and value add to the management team, and partner with the General Director of Bel Ga Asia (Viet Nam, Cambodia, Myanmar) and the Group CFO of Yellow Bird to deliver on strategic and operational objectives. We are seeking a talented individual with international experience in a European group with activities in Asia, who can seamlessly report to both joint venture partners and is accustomed to working with high reporting standards. Your Responsibilities: Oversee finance and IT functions across Viet Nam, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for all joint-venture companies in Asia, collaborating with local finance teams, adhering to international reporting standards and the reporting calendar. This includes statutory accounts, group reporting, supervision of consolidation, automation, and monthly reporting. Manage production budgets and rolling forecasts covering P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Perform cost calculations with local finance teams and establish processes and systems to monitor cost prices at our rearing, breeding farms, and hatcheries. Handle commercial finance activities, including margin calculations on the sale of DOCs (day-old chicks), and collaborate with the General Director to determine sales price lists. Manage banking relationships and treasury activities to ensure obligations to stakeholders are met. Work with the General Director to ensure investment programs are executed within budget. Enhance financial processes, reporting, and automation within FAST. #J-18808-Ljbffr
